We recently had a chance to sit down with Dolf May, VP of Sales & Marketing for Troon, the world’s largest professional golf club management company (and satisfied Zenreach client!):

How did you come to learn about Zenreach?

We learned of Zenreach when we were contacted by their team in 2017 with an innovative way to market to our golfers.

What made you want to work with us?

Two of the things that made for a great partnership were the technology utilized and the people. The service we have experienced for the past four years from the Zenreach team has been outstanding.

What business problems did you bring us in to help solve?

How do we market to our customers who frequent Troon properties and also track when and how often they return?

What kinds of results were you able to realize?

Some of the Troon properties added more than 5,000 customers to their email marketing database through the use of the Zenreach platform.

What has your experience been like working with Zenreach?

Amazing! Every Zenreach associate that we have been in contact with “gets it.” The time they take to explain the technology, as well as making sure that everything is working correctly, is very much appreciated. 

Reporting and tracking are top-notch and we never have to ask for campaign results—they are always provided to us.
